Why Choose Us
For over fifteen years we have been crafting journeys led by people who call the Himalayas home.
Every journey is led by guides born and raised in the regions they cover. They know the trails, the monasteries, and the families who make the Himalayas home.
All guides carry satellite communication, pulse oximeters, and emergency oxygen. Every itinerary above 3,500 m includes acclimatization days and evacuation protocols.
We follow strict Leave No Trace principles, eliminate single-use plastics on trek, and fund reforestation projects in the Khumbu Valley.
We cap groups at twelve travelers and never merge departures. This keeps the experience intimate and reduces our environmental footprint.
Our office teams in Kathmandu, Paro, and Leh are reachable around the clock. A dedicated emergency helpline is active for every active trip.
Our pricing is transparent and all-inclusive with no hidden fees. If you find the same itinerary cheaper elsewhere, we will match it.

Watch how a journey to Everest Base Camp unfolds — from the first steps in Lukla to the sunrise at Kala Patthar.
“An absolutely flawless experience. Every detail was curated to perfection, from the private vineyard tour to the cliffside dinner in Santorini.”

Everything you need to know before booking your Himalayan adventure.
The best seasons for Himalayan trekking are spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November). Spring brings rhododendron blooms and warmer temperatures, while autumn offers the clearest mountain views and stable weather. Winter trekking is possible at lower altitudes, and summer (monsoon) is ideal for rain-shadow regions like Mustang and Ladakh.
Yes. Travel insurance covering emergency helicopter evacuation above 4,000 m is mandatory for all our trekking and climbing packages. Standard travel insurance often excludes high-altitude activities, so verify that your policy explicitly covers trekking and helicopter rescue. We can recommend providers who specialise in Himalayan coverage.
Fitness requirements vary by trek. Easy and moderate treks require regular walking fitness — the ability to walk 4-6 hours a day with a light daypack. Challenging and expedition-grade trips demand strong cardiovascular conditioning and previous high-altitude experience. We provide a detailed training guide for each itinerary after booking.
We provide a comprehensive packing list after booking. Essentials include a four-season sleeping bag, waterproof shell, down jacket, trekking boots broken in before the trip, base layers, a daypack, sunscreen, and a headlamp. We can arrange rental equipment in Kathmandu for most items if you prefer not to travel with them.
Yes. Solo travelers are welcome on all our group departures, and we can also arrange private solo trips. Our small-group format means solo travelers quickly become part of the group. Single-room supplements are available for those who prefer private accommodation, and single travelers pay no supplement on our fixed-departure treks.
